The Gist
There's a paucity of female representation in tech, entrepreneurship, and many coworking communities. Let's lower barriers so more women can get involved.
At the most basic level, NWC can offer up its space for a free day of coworking to women new to the concept, and bring together people who are actively helping to improve these things in the community.

Itinerary
9am: Show up and begin coworking!
12:30pm: Break for lunch and a roundtable discussion on this topic
6pm: Wrap up work day, possibly head out for post-event dinner/drinks

NWC can hold 22 people comfortably at one time. We need to be able to accommodate at least some of our regular members, as well as have a healthy mix of men, women, and women who are new to coworking. We can take on a few extra RSVP's to account for no-shows. Here's the current proposed structure for this day:
